- Knowledge of Windows-based networks
- Experience troubleshooting 1st & 2nd line issues
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, service requests)
- Experience working with modern Service Desk tools

About the Assignment
You will be part of the Regional IT Operations team (Nordics), working with both 1st and 2nd line support as well as infrastructure operations and improvements. The role combines hands-on IT support, system administration, and continuous improvement of IT environments in a distributed, international setup.
Scope of Work
Operations & Support

Infrastructure & Administration

Development & Improvement
Drive smaller local infrastructure projects

Identify and implement improvements in IT processes
Participate in collaboration with European IT teams
Team Collaboration
Act as a key member of the Nordic IT Operations team
Support Service Desk across regions when needed

Key Competencies
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Entra ID
