Vous avez une expérience en compagnie aérienne ou dans les activités de support client, vous avez déjà travaillé sur les systèmes de commandes de vol et/ou systèmes hydrauliques, et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous !
Airbus Canada recherche un ingénieur de support en service spécialisé dans les systèmes de commandes de vol (ATA27) et systèmes hydrauliques (ATA29) pour rejoindre notre équipe de Services à la Clientèle (sigle ABSIY) basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez sur les programmes A32X, A330/A340, A350, A300/A310 conjointement avec le département support client d'Airbus basé à Toulouse (sigle 1SY).
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe créée en 2024 pour accroître l'empreinte du support technique à la clientèle auprès des Opérateurs d’Amérique du Nord et d’Amérique Latine.
Votre rôle en tant qu’ingénieur de support en service sera de:
- Fournir une assistance technique aux Clients en apportant dans les délais une réponse de qualité à leurs requêtes techniques pour dépanner et faire fonctionner correctement leurs avions, fournir des recommandations de maintenance (amélioration de la fiabilité, optimisation des coûts), mieux comprendre la conception de nos avions, etc.
- Analyser les événements en service pour identifier les impacts potentiels (y compris impacts navigabilité, qualité, etc.).
- Identifier et étudier les sujets critiques émergents affectant la flotte et les clients spécifiques de la région Amériques, et définir les actions correctives associées (solutions à court & long terme) avec les gestionnaires de flotte et les équipes centrales basées à Toulouse.
- Gérer la communication avec le client à différents niveaux de hiérarchie et dans différents contextes: par téléphone, en personne, pendant un dépannage sur avion, pendant des évènements clients (réunions de revue flotte, présentations techniques, forums d’experts, conférences régionales).
- Apporter une assistance technique urgente in-situ pour un dépannage avion.
- Créer des synergies entre les programmes A3xx et A220 en connectant avec les équipes A220, en identifiant des sujets communs et en initiant une approche transverse.
Votre périmètre technique couvrira les systèmes Commandes de vol (ATA27) et Hydraulique (ATA29) sur les programmes A32X (principalement), A330/A340, A350, A300/A310.
Votre défi sera de devenir la voix des clients en interne et la voix d’Airbus à l’extérieur!

Votre profil:
- Diplôme d'ingénieur à l'université spécialisé en aéronautique ou avec une expérience significative en compagnie aérienne. Minimum 8 ans d’expérience requis;
- Connaissances avancées sur les systèmes de commandes de vol (ATA27) et systèmes hydrauliques (ATA29);
- Soucieux de la qualité du service à la clientèle;
- Être familiarisé à la documentation technique Airbus est un plus;

Airbus Canada is looking for an In-Service Support Engineer (f/m) on Flight Controls systems (ATA27) and Hydraulics systems (ATA29) to join our Customer Services team (ABSIY siglum) based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work on the A32X, A330/A340, A350, A300/A310 programs jointly with the In-Service Engineering department based in Toulouse (1SY siglum).
You will be part of a regional team created in 2024 to increase the in-service engineering footprint in North & Latin Americas.

Your technical scope will cover Flight Controls (ATA27) & Hydraulics (ATA29) on the Airbus programs A32X (mainly), A330/A340, A350, A300/A310 (aircraft operated in North and Latin Americas region).
