🛠️ Your Toolkit

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 💼 5+ years of experience captaining the ship in healthcare practice management
• 💻 Proficiency in practice management software and Google Workspace (we're a Google-powered practice!)
• 📚 Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• 🤖 Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare management (we'll be pioneers together!)
• 🏅 Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
