About this role
We are currently seeking four motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team.
Available Schedules
Position 1
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position 2
Tuesday – Saturday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Both scheduled positions are full-time, 40 hours per week, with two days off each week. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $20 per hour

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Energetic, versatile, and highly motivated
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to leads and existing customers to schedule in-home design consultation appointments
- Follow provided scripts and processes to accurately set qualified appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details within internal databases
- Support Design Consultants by ensuring appointment information is complete and properly documented
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in alignment with Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service Program
- Represent the company professionally and positively in every customer interaction
