What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buying and selling customers
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Promote upcoming sales, events, promotions and customer incentives
- Follow up with inactive dealers to encourage renewed activity
- Contact sellers for future selling opportunities
- Assist customers with auction procedures and provide operational support including auction policies
- Maintain CRM notes on customer interaction
- Support customer visit coordination (auction & dealership)
- Support auction marketing (sales packets, new customer packets & etc.)
- Day of Sale support ( i.e. Conditional Offers and etc. )
- Liaison with auction departments ( i.e. Front Office, Accounting, Condition Report, Mechanical, Detail and Lot Operations)
- Support vehicles moving through auction process

Position Summary:
- The inside dealer representative serves as a internal support resource for the Mid Kansas Auto Auction’s sales organization while actively building and maintaining relationships with buying and selling customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buying and selling customers
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Promote upcoming sales, events, promotions and customer incentives
- Follow up with inactive dealers to encourage renewed activity
- Contact sellers for future selling opportunities
- Assist customers with auction procedures and provide operational support including auction policies
- Maintain CRM notes on customer interaction
- Support customer visit coordination (auction & dealership)
- Support auction marketing (sales packets, new customer packets & etc.)
- Day of Sale support (i.e. Conditional Offers and etc.)

- Escalating issues affecting customer and/or customer’s vehicle(s)
