About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate within the Funding Operations team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

This team's primary responsibilities include projecting short-term cash and collateral funding requirements for legal entities under CIB, implementing tactical and strategic intraday liquidity processes and reporting, investigating issues within projections and any variances versus actual activity, optimizing the balances of cash account balances and the allocation of securities for Tri-Party repo.

In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Foundational understanding of financial markets, securities, and capital markets concepts

  • Strong interest in funding operations, liquidity management, collateral management, or investment operations

  • Exposure to liquidity, cash management, treasury operations, collateral management, securities settlements, or repo-related activities

  • Familiarity with financial products such as fixed income securities, equities, money markets, or securities financing transactions

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
