What you'll do
- Design clear, usable, and consistent interfaces, interactions, user flows, and related touch points for medium-complexity product areas.
- Translate user needs, research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into practical design solutions.
- Create and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Participate throughout the design process, from discovery and concept development to validation and delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, researchers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure design quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with established UX and Design System principles.
- Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and constraints to stakeholders.
- Participate in team critiques, design reviews, and other UX activities.
- Contribute to coherent end-to-end experiences across products and touch points.
- Validate concepts and design decisions through usability testing, research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

The User Experience Team brings together Product, Service, and UX Designers working across ESET’s product portfolio. We partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analysts, Architects, Research, and domain experts. Our work combines user-centred design, systematic thinking, and practical delivery. About the Role

Salary Information
Basic wage component (brutto): 14 000 - 17000 PLN/month
The final basic wage component can be increased according to the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Performance bonus twice per year of up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period, usually six months.
