Job Description • B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.E/M.Tech, preferably in Computer Science related domains (CS/IT/IS) • Graduate with overall experience of 4-8 years with minimum of 1+ year as an Associate Project Manager or Team lead. Coding/Software Development experience is desired • Experienced in gathering requirements and developing specifications for the team • Facilitate business and technical requirements/design sessions and act as a subject matter expert in a specific technology or business function. • Experienced in assisting or delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility and often ambiguous environment. • Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated, reliable with strong follow-through abilities and great attention to detail. • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and good understanding of domain and technology.
