Responsibilities
- Support the architectural design process, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring adherence to project goals, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and refine Design intent into constructable parts and details to create Construction Drawings.
- Utilize your proficiency in Revit, Rhino and AutoCAD, to create detailed architectural models, drawings, and documentation, providing accurate and comprehensive information for construction teams.
- Responsible for creating representational drawings and renderings for client presentations, archiving and publication purposes.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and integration of design elements.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions, demonstrating your valuable input, presenting design concepts, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualification
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in architectural design.
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating complex architectural models and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative design solutions while considering technical and budgetary constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Professional licensure (Lebanon) as an architect is mandatory.

We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Architect with a good experience in working with Revit.
As an Intermediate Architect, you will play a crucial role in our architectural team, taking part of the design process and project development, as well as participating in the successful execution of projects.
