What you'll do
- Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, blistering or closing containers.
- Responsible for minor adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.
- Validates and organizes jobs in accordance with bill of materials and special work instructions based on current and future job orders.
- Responsible for conducting quality inspection of goods at the correct intervals, ensuring that product is packaged according to the work order.
- Ability to identify problems and assist in troubleshooting/training on the cardboard baler, plastic baler, carton erector, pallet jack, pick and place card/blister adjustments, taper/tape gun, and additional production equipment.
- Assists in training assigned full time/temp operators and assists other teams as needed.
- Promotes and follows all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality guidelines and procedures.
- Must have the ability to fill in for Material Handlers and Machine C Operators when needed.

Job Description:
We are presently seeking candidates for a 3rd Shift Machine B Operator in the Manufacturing Department. The hours for this position will be 11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday - Thursday.
The Machine B Operator is responsible for the following:
- Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, blistering or closing containers.
- Responsible for minor adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.

Compensation Information:
$20.40 - $23.00, based upon experience. Additional $1.00 shift premium for working 3rd Shift.
