  • Be fully involved in the asset operations, including but not limited to conducting viewings / visits by prospective tenants, engage and service existing tenants on their building and space requirements.
  • Engage the external property consultants such as JLL, CBRE and Savills to build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants.
  • Assist in driving operation excellence by reviewing existing standard operating procedures such as tenant fitout guide, leasing processes etc. to provide meaningful ideas that may provide value to process improvements.
  • Seek out new alternative revenue streams for the building, including marketing, placemaking programmes and to organize programmes / initiatives / events to create a vibrant community and create signature activities/events for the building.
  • Plan and execute tenants’ onboarding. Work with the team to achieve the set customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
  • Tenant engagements during events and assets undergoing asset enhancement works.
  • Ad-hoc assignments e.g. new initiatives as may be reasonably requested by HQ / Department Head from time to time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This internship opportunity provides meaningful hands-on learning opportunities for selected interns to understand, experience and learn about asset management and building operations.
 

The intern shall:

  • Be fully involved in the asset operations, including but not limited to conducting viewings / visits by prospective tenants, engage and service existing tenants on their building and space requirements.
