What you'll do
- Participate in hotel and market visits
- Create presentation decks using PowerPoint
- Coordinate and collate data/information with different teams
- Review and summarize financial reports
- Perform basic analysis using Excel and other relevant analytical tools
- Take lead of projects such as Capital expenditure, Budget preparation
- Manage and respond to e-mails in an effective, organized and professional way
- Assist supervisor in facilitating appointments, organize meeting schedule and prepare agenda
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
