What you'll do
- Support the preparation of position papers, briefings, and materials for engagements of seniors and executives with policymakers, trade associations, and other external stakeholders
- Help maintain and develop stakeholder maps and engagement logs across relevant policy domains
- Support cross-divisional collaboration by ensuring timely dissemination of public affairs intelligence across relevant business units
- Support the team in an exciting time of rolling out AI process across the global public affairs organisation
- Develop agents, workflows and skills which specifically address the needs of modern day public affairs professionals
What they're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a university degree programme in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, concise outputs
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiar with AI-enabled work and able to integrate AI into most of your tasks
Nice to have
- German language skills are a strong advantage
- Prior internship or academic experience in public affairs, government relations, policy consulting, or a regulatory environment
- Familiarity with EU and international institutions and legislative processes
- Interest in agriculture, health policy, or sustainability regulation
