LabCorp is seeking a GoldenGate Administration Intern to join our Oracle Goldengate Team located in Durham, NC!

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 40hrs per week


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining Oracle GoldenGate replication environments.
  • Support configuration, testing, and validation of GoldenGate Extract and Replicat processes.
  • Help troubleshoot replication, latency, and data synchronization issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-6 months experience with relational databases and SQL
  • 3-6 months experience and understanding of database concepts and data flows

The Oracle GoldenGate team manages enterprise data replication and integration solutions that enable real-time data movement across databases and cloud platforms. We support business-critical systems by ensuring data availability, reliability, and performance through replication monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and operational excellence. The team collaborates closely with database administrators, application teams, and cloud engineers to deliver secure and scalable data solutions.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 12 weeks, full-time

  • Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
  • Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
