Job Description

Here's how you'll help make our hotel truly special :

• Support the full recruitment process by writing engaging job advertisements, posting vacancies across various platforms, and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep our HR administration running smoothly by managing employee files, monitoring schedules, absences, and leave, while ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Bring positive energy to the team and help promote our company culture through your enthusiasm and collaborative mindset.
• Organize internal events and employee engagement initiatives, including well-being activities, team-building events, and celebrations that strengthen team spirit and create memorable experiences.
• Confidently handle IT-related HR tasks, including setting up and managing user accounts for team members.

Qualifications

Your experience and personality make all the difference:

• You are currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
• You have a good command of English.
• You are trustworthy, discreet, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
• In addition to your skills, you bring your personality. You thrive in a team environment and are organized, adaptable, proactive, and always ready with a smile.
