In a nutshell 

The People Team strives to revolutionize human resources in the same way that Picnic has shaken up grocery delivery. Our team supports over a thousand Picnic employees spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Düsseldorf. As a People Intern your learning and development comes first: you will work closely with one of our People Partners who will introduce you to the fundamentals of what it means to support employees in a dynamic working environment! We value ownership, even in our most junior employees, and for this reason you will work on your very own projects - end-to-end. Tricks of the trade

• Ownership: You’ll have full end-to-end ownership of an employee wellbeing project in the people team. You will start by understanding and analysing trends in our absence data, evaluating our processes and then translating that into meaningful improvements for our leads, employees and the people team. 
• Learn: You’ll shadow one of our People Partners and learn, learn, learn.
• Collaborate: You’ll participate and help out with various other People Team projects and supporting daily tasks.
• Support: You’ll support our HR processes (e.g., performance management, onboarding) on a day to day basis.
• Team: You’ll join all our People Team routines, processes, and events.

Your superpowers

• Currently enrolled as a MSc student in HR, Business Management, Communication Science, Psychology or related studies.
• Ambitious and excited to grow your career in Human Resources.
• A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills in English, Dutch is a big plus.
• You bring a strong eye for detail and execution mindset; deliver in-time. You’re not afraid to challenge the status-quo and like working together in teams.
• Driven by a proactive mindset and enthusiastic about turning ideas into action.
• You are an energetic and confident team player with a positive mindset.
• You are available 5 days a week to work from our office in Amsterdam, starting as soon as possible.

💰Attractive package
We offer €800 per month gross salary for a full-time internship.
