What you'll do
- Support the Project Coordination team with project administration, communication, planning and coordination activities.
- Coordinate fragrance project samples to ensure timely preparation, availability and shipment of benchmarks, fragrance oils, bases and applications.
- Prepare physical sample packages, including assembling, decanting, labeling and packaging materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the intake, progress tracking and delivery of selected projects through the PUMA project management system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Scent Design, Technical, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Laboratory Operations and Account Management.
- Follow up on project requests and collect information to support successful project execution and customer delivery timelines.
- Support meeting organization, prepare meeting materials and document key actions and decisions through minute-taking.
- Assist with internal and external customer visits and team events.
- Contribute to reporting activities, process improvements and the rationalization of training materials and project manuals.
