Job Description

Explore a sales career at a global technology leader shaping the future of payments. 
 

As a Sales Development Intern, you will gain practical experience at the intersection of technology, payments, and client engagement. You will contribute to meaningful sales projects, learn from experienced professionals across Visa's Digital and Enterprise Sales teams, and receive structured training, mentorship, and feedback. 
 

Throughout the internship, you will strengthen your sales and business skills, deepen your understanding of Visa's products and clients, and participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and events that showcase Visa's sales organization and global operations. 
 

What You Will Do 

  • Support research, analysis, and project work that helps advance client engagement and pipeline development.

Pathway to the Sales Development Program 

Interns may be considered for full-time opportunities based on internship performance and business needs. Selected interns may receive an offer to join Visa's two-and-a-half-year Sales Development Program after graduation. The full-time program includes structured learning, rotational experiences, mentorship, and professional development designed to prepare associates for future roles in Sales, Product, or Account Management. 
 

Who You Are 

You are curious about sales and excited to explore a career at the intersection of technology, payments, and client engagement, even if you have not worked in sales before.

Digital Fluency: All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, to support everyday work.

Basic Qualifications​

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $29.00/hr. to $33.00/hr. which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Work Authorization: Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Future sponsorship will not be considered.
