What you'll do
- Assist with the administration, support, and enhancement of Kaseware and other security technology platforms.
- Collaborate with Corporate Intelligence & Security personnel, IT teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Support user adoption efforts through the development of documentation, training materials, job aids, and communications.
- Assist in testing system updates, enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
- Support reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis efforts that help drive operational decision-making.
- Participate in projects involving workflow automation, business process improvement, and technology implementation.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and security operations effectiveness.
- Serve as a customer-facing representative for Security Solutions Team initiatives by communicating professionally with internal stakeholders, gathering business requirements, providing updates, addressing questions, and supporting positive user experiences with security technology solutions.

Job Summary
Dominion Energy’s Security Solutions Team is seeking an Intern for Summer 2027 to support the technology platforms and business processes that enable Corporate Intelligence & Security (CIS) operations. The intern will assist with the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise security applications, including case management, incident tracking, reporting, workflow automation, and data analytics solutions.
The position will play an active role in supporting Kaseware, Dominion Energy’s enterprise case management system, while also contributing to broader technology initiatives that enhance investigative, risk management, and security operations capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities

Hourly Rate:
$27.00 - $28.00
The hourly rate listed is the rate we anticipate paying for this position. If a range is listed, the actual hourly rate offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate's degree type, academic major, and/or school classification (e.g., sophomore, junior, senior).
