What you'll do
- Supporting the TA team with interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting with candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Supporting basic candidate screening and conducting initial conversations with candidates where required.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment data, candidate records and reports in our HR/recruitment systems.
- Supporting job postings and ensuring recruitment information is accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with candidate sourcing and talent mapping activities.

- Helping to improve and streamline TA processes and candidate experience.
- Supporting ad-hoc recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
- Working closely with recruiters and HR stakeholders across the region, gaining exposure to a regional and international recruitment environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
What will you do and learn?
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Exclusive Networks, you will work closely with the TA team and gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle. You will support the team with day-to-day recruitment activities while learning how Talent Acquisition operates within an international Human Resources function.
You will have the opportunity to take initiative, learn new skills and gradually take on more responsibilities based on your development and interests.
