About the role
As the Internal Audit Manager - Technology, you’ll lead assurance across technology, data, digital, AI and emerging risks that are critical to Coles’ strategy and transformation agenda. You’ll work across complex technology-enabled programs, providing independent, forward-looking insights that help our leaders make informed decisions and strengthen governance, risk and controls. You will also:

About you and your skills
You’re an experienced technology assurance or risk professional who is comfortable working at pace, making sound judgements with incomplete information and bringing clarity to complex or ambiguous situations. You combine curiosity and agility with strong collaboration, influencing and coaching skills. You will have:
- Significant experience in Internal Audit, Technology Risk or assurance, including leading complex technology reviews.
- Broad experience across areas such as technology governance, data, digital, cloud, cyber security, resilience or emerging technology.
- A relevant tertiary qualification, with professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CA, CPA or CRISC highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and coaching capability, with experience guiding internal, co-source or specialist teams through complex work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly and exercise judgement in changing or ambiguous environments.
