  • Partner with senior leaders to develop impactful communication strategies and executive messaging.
  • Support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and transformation programs through tailored communication and engagement plans.

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and advising on executive communications.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change and communication’s role in supporting transformation.

  • Full professional proficiency in both English and French

As an Internal Communications Lead, you will shape the narrative that connects our people to our mission, culture, and ambition. Working across a global and diverse organization, you will ensure collaborators understand where we are going, why it matters, and the role they play in shaping our future.

You will serve as the steward of L-Acoustics’ internal narrative and communication ecosystem worldwide. By combining strategic thinking, business acumen, and compelling storytelling, you will help create alignment, foster engagement, and strengthen connections across the organization.

 

Reporting to the Global Director of Organization & Culture, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and key stakeholders, advising, influencing, and delivering communication strategies that support business priorities, organizational transformation, and employee engagement worldwide.

 

Your mission:

To achieve this, you will focus on three pillars:

 

Shape the Narrative: 

Build the foundations for effective internal communications across the Group by defining the strategy, governance, and principles that connect collaborators to what matters most.

 

You will:

You will:

Qualifications & Experience:
