About the Role
We have an internal IT team to support colleagues with IT queries. This entry-level, on-site role offers hands-on experience in technical support and endpoint management. You will be required to work in two offices which will be Dartford and Gravesend.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Lunch Break unpaid 30 mins each day
Reporting to: IT Support Team Lead / IT Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Windows 11 laptops and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
