  • Support nVent's tax team's international planning initiatives; including coordinating local country tax implications with non-US Directors/outside advisors.
  • Collaborate with nVent's internal tax team to mitigate global tax risks.
  • Support US international tax compliance resulting from international planning initiatives, including preparing returns or statements to ensure required due dates are met.
  • Tax research and modeling on planning initiatives, proposed legislative changes, and tax compliance positions.
  • Support international tax provision quarterly and annual process as impacted by planning initiatives.
  • Ongoing collaboration with Accounting, Legal and Treasury groups regarding various tax matters.
  • The candidate should be self-motivated with a proven ability to find opportunities and lead initiatives independently.

Pay Transparency
 
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
 
Compensation Range:

$105,000.00 - $195,000.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
