YOUR TASKS:

As part of its strategy to strengthen its Repo & Money Market Desk, Kepler’s Debt & Derivatives team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who is keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines. During your internship you will work with the Debt & Credit team.

Your tasks will involve the below responsibilities:

• You will be first introduced to the specificities of Repo & Money Market desk, by assisting the brokers in place;

• Take part in the execution of interbank transactions on markets;

• Carry on the relationship with clients and counterparties.

In a second time, your will be responsible for :

• Developing the IT Tools in place;

• Following up the trades with back office department.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• The candidate should meet the following requirements :
  Student completing a Master’s level qualification within a management, economic or engineering subject;

• Strong academic background; previous internship experience on the trading floor or in Asset Management would be a plus;

• Keen interest in financial markets;

• You are fluent in English and French;

• Ability to build complex Excel spreadsheets, strong computer skills and Bloomberg knowledge is a plus;

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly and accurately.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: 

Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions
