Do you enjoy helping people with technology? Are you looking for a paid internship/entry level position to develop your skills in a professional work environment?
The Bridge Group provides managed IT services to a variety of organizations in southwest and central Ohio. We function as the IT department for organizations that don't have the resources to hire internally. You will gain experience with a variety of technologies and solutions as you work alongside our customers in making sure their IT investment is stable, secure, reliable and efficient.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Guarantee that all customer requests are responded to, followed up on and completed thoroughly

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Location:
- The intent is for this role to be remote/hybrid
- Applicant must be located in the Dayton, Springfield or Columbus metro areas
- Role can be office based in Dayton or Columbus if the applicant is unable to work remotely
Schedule:
- Approximately 15-25 hours/week
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 PM EST
