  • Maintain accurate records of all returns and associated stock movements.

Full description from employer

The Inventory & Stores Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management of all incoming goods, stock movements, replenishment, storage areas, returns, and waste within the roastery. The role ensures that stock is received accurately, stored correctly, replenished as required, and recorded promptly within the company’s stock management systems.

Working closely with the Roastery and wider Operations teams, the Inventory & Stores Coordinator will maintain an organised, safe, and efficient stores environment while ensuring stock availability and accurate inventory records.

What you'll be doing:

40hrs a week (Monday - Friday role 0830 - 1630) including a daily 30 minute unpaid lunch break

Goods In & Stock Management

  • Manage the day-to-day Goods In process, ensuring deliveries are received, checked, and stored accurately.
  • Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation, identifying any discrepancies or damages.

  • Support initiatives to reduce unnecessary stock and coffee waste where possible.

Administration

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders & deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate Goods In and stock records on google sheets.
  • Ensure all relevant stock movements are recorded promptly and accurately.
