What you'll do
- Distributes and processes incoming supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the ThedaCare campus.
- Orders medical/surgical products using hand held devices or requisitioning in the materials management system.
- Replenishes stock/non-stock products on PAR carts or at PAR locations.
- Coordinates new stock/non-stock product purchasing with assigned department and orders as appropriate.
- Assists in the management of area supply inventories and adjusts accordingly based on usage.
- Performs supply cart maintenance (cleans, rotates stock, updates labels, etc.).
- Responds to customer needs/inquiries for the procurement process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Distributes and processes incoming supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the ThedaCare campus.
Orders medical/surgical products using hand held devices or requisitioning in the materials management system.
Replenishes stock/non-stock products on PAR carts or at PAR locations.
Coordinates new stock/non-stock product purchasing with assigned department and orders as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance,
Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Normally works in climate controlled environment
Pushing/pulling/lifting with consistent movement throughout the day
Position requires compliance with department specific competencies.
