About the job you’re considering

The SIAM Catalogue Analyst will be accountable for the governance, maintenance, optimisation, and continual improvement of the service catalogue across a multi-supplier environment. The role is outcome-focused, ensuring catalogue services are accurate, standardised, accessible, and aligned to business requirements while driving service transparency, enhancing the end-user experience, and supporting efficient service delivery through effective supplier management and data-driven insights.


Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in Service Catalogue Management, Service Management, or Service Governance within complex multi-supplier IT environments
  • Strong understanding of SIAM principles and the management of services across multiple suppliers and service towers

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
