What you'll do
- Monitor daily investment activity within the investment accounting tool, Clearwater
- Monitor month-to-date investment activity within the investment accounting tool and corresponding market activity for the period and assist in summarizing information in the weekly portfolio overview
- Prepare monthly investment reconciliations, including custodian, Clearwater and Workday reconciliations
- Prepare and post monthly investment journal entries on a GAAP and statutory basis for six insurance companies
- Assist in the coordination amongst various banks and state insurance departments for necessary investment transactions and account maintenance
- Maintain procedural documentation for assigned responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
