The opportunity

As an Investment Analyst in the Greenfield & Renewables (“G&R”) team within the Infrastructure and Natural Resources (“INR”) group, you will have a key role in analyzing potential private equity investment opportunities, executing transactions and working with existing portfolio companies to craft strategy and implement value-enhancing initiatives.

Who you’ll work with

You will be joining our Toronto office, where you will work in a dynamic team-based environment, directly supporting senior team members across all sectors and geographic regions. You will have the chance to define and differentiate yourself as an investor and build strategic relationships within the global market.

INR consists of a team of over 70 highly-specialized private equity investment professionals, with offices in Toronto, London and Singapore, and an additional presence in Santiago, Chile. INR leads a geographically diverse portfolio of approximately C$58  billion with assets in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Our G&R team focuses on renewable investments in development, construction, and operating stages, as well as other core and core-plus greenfield infrastructure. G&R has a global mandate, allowing for investments in all of OTPP’s target geographies. G&R’s existing portfolio covers investments in onshore and offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, and waste-to-energy.

What we’re offering


Pay-for-performance with base salary and annual incentive based on individual and enterprise performance.

The Base salary for this level is $115,000 in Year 1 and $125,000 in Year 2.

Individual compensation and placement of this role in the range is based on different factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies, and internal equity as they relate to the role.
