Seize this thrilling opportunity to contribute to our Investment Banking business as an Associate within the Global Investment Banking – EMEA Strategic Investors Group (SIG) at J.P. Morgan, with a dedicated focus on Family Investment Firms coverage. Working directly with the Global Co-Head of Family Investment Firms coverage and alongside top-tier professionals in a dynamic team, you'll gain a robust Investment Banking career foundation through hands-on learning, mentorship, and numerous development opportunities. As a key member of our SIG team, you'll play a pivotal role in the origination and execution of projects and mandates related to our client base, with a particular emphasis on Family Investment Firms.

The SIG team focuses on the investment banking coverage of Private Equity Funds, Infrastructure Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, and Family Investment Firms. These clients are very sophisticated investors, and the breadth of products and services we provide to them is extensive – spanning industries, geographies, and products (M&A, Leveraged Finance / DCM, ECM, structured products / derivatives). We offer debt, equity, and M&A advisory services to our clients as part of their routine activities of acquiring businesses (majority and minority stakes), refinancing / recapitalizing existing investments, or monetizing their mature investments via sale or IPO.

As an Investment Banking Associate within SIG, you will work as part of a team on the coverage of an exciting client base with strong deal flow in the region and have the opportunity to be part of ongoing origination and transaction execution across different sectors and products, with a specific focus on Family Investment Firms coverage. The role will allow the candidate to further develop a broad technical skillset and deep understanding of the broader financial sponsors landscape.

This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity.
