  • Leverage financial modeling skills to analyze property-level and portfolio-level returns, aiding hold/sell/refinance decisions for management and capital partners.
  • Facilitate due diligence for large-scale transactions such as refinancings, recapitalizations, and dispositions.
  • Compile and contextualize financial data with Asset Manager/Associate for distribution to management, lenders, and investors.
  • Assist the capital markets teams in fostering existing equity and debt capital relationships.
  • Work with Asset Managers, operations teams, and equity partners to create annual budgets for our owned assets.
  • Provide analysis in the property appraisal process to support value growth in our owned-asset portfolio.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for our capital partners.

Job Description

Investment Management Analyst

As an Investment Management Analyst, you will be a member of the Investment Management Team working to assist with the management of Landmark’s existing portfolio of owned assets, the underwriting of acquisition opportunities throughout the United States, and the expansion of Landmark’s relationships with its capital partners. In your role, you will be expected to make contributions to the overall success of the Investment Management Team.

Reports to: Associate – Asset Management

Direct Reports: N/A

Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Investment Management Analyst’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
