What you'll do

  • Develop, implement and performance manage financing and innovation partnerships and programmes that support Climate & Nature Fund priorities.
  • Originate and manage investment opportunities across climate, nature, livelihoods, plastics and circular economy priorities.
  • Lead due diligence, business case development and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and investment strategies.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Global Sustainability, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Assurance, Brands and Business Units to unlock value chain transformation.
  • Manage co-financing partnership programmes and investments, including opportunities in raw material supply chains.
  • Support climate investments linked to net zero goals, including alternative feedstock, clean energy and external financing partnerships.
  • Contribute to packaging and circular economy strategies through recycling innovations and partnership development.
  • Build and maintain external financing and innovation partnerships that strengthen the leadership profile and impact of the Climate & Nature Fund.

Join us as Investment Manager, Climate & Nature Fund (maternity cover)

Terms & Conditions: Full time, maternity cover for up to 12 months

JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to deliver impact at scale through global value chain transformation by creating and managing innovative sustainable financing models, partnerships and investment strategies. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people, the planet and the long-term growth of the business.
