About the Role

The Columbia Threadneedle Investments Internship program is designed to provide you with first-hand investment management experience. You will support portfolio management and investment research, contributing directly to the investment process. You will work with an experienced team of portfolio managers and/or analysts who will provide mentorship and opportunities for shadowing. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in financial markets, investing, and credit analysis

  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude and attention to detail.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $32.75 per hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.
