Investor Relations Associate - Private Markets

​A London-based investment platform is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join its growing team.

This role will sit within the Investor Relations function and support a broad range of activity across fundraising, investor communications, client servicing, reporting, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing investor presentations, pitchbooks, fund updates and marketing materials

• Supporting RFPs, DDQs, investor queries and due diligence processes

• Assisting with fundraising preparation and investor outreach coordination

• Producing written materials for LPs and institutional investors

• Supporting ongoing relationship management across institutional clients

• Working closely with investment, sales, marketing and senior leadership teams

• Maintaining CRM data, pipeline tracking and investor information

• Contributing to broader capital raising and client servicing projects

Ideal background:

• Investor Relations, Fundraising, Client Service, Product, Sales Support experience

• Exposure to energy, natural capital, infrastructure, renewables, real assets or private markets

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and institutional investors

• Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams
