Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Analyst to support financial wins by collaborating with merchants, issuers, and network partners. The role involves onboarding partners, identifying omitted data and making recommendations, building relationships with the partner relations team, and using data sets to assess and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with merchants and issuers to support financial successes.
• Onboard partners, including customer-facing activities.
• Identify omitted data and make recommendations, including accruals.
• Build and maintain relationships with the partner relations team.
• Use data sets to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review customer feedback to distill and quantify themes.
• Support changes serving customer experience, such as creating process flows, testing, and implementing changes.
• Work with VAT changes and anomalies.
