Job Description
● As a core executor of robotic hardware assembly, be responsible for the accurate
assembly of a full range of robotic components, including robotic joints, structural
parts, circuit boards, and bearings and other key components. Strictly follow
assembly process requirements and operating specifications to ensure that assembly
accuracy meets product standards.
● Cooperate with R&D and engineering teams to participate in the optimization and
improvement of assembly processes, put forward reasonable suggestions based on
practical experience, and improve assembly efficiency and product reliability.
● Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of tools and equipment
during the assembly process, ensure that tools are in good condition and equipment
operates normally, and strictly abide by safety production rules and regulations to
eliminate potential safety hazards.
● Conduct post-assembly testing for robots, focusing on EOL test bench operation (per
requirement documents) and R&D test bench operation: Operate the EOL test bench
in accordance with official requirement documents to complete final product
performance verification; assist in operating the R&D test bench to support prototype
function testing. Accurately record test data and promptly report abnormal issues.
● Organize relevant documents during the assembly process, including assembly
records, test reports, and material usage lists, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of
documents and provide support for subsequent traceability and review.
What you’ll be doing
● According to production plans and assembly drawings, efficiently complete the
assembly of robotic components. Ensure each process meets quality standards to
avoid affecting subsequent testing procedures.
● Proactively identify potential issues in the assembly and testing process.
Communicate with the team and assist in promoting problem-solving.
● Participate in workshop 5S management, maintain clean and organized workstations,
standardize the storage of materials and tools, and improve the safety and efficiency
of the working environment.
● Conduct post-assembly testing for robots, focusing on EOL test bench operation:
Operate the EOL test bench in accordance with official requirement documents to
complete final product performance verification;
● Cooperate with the team to complete temporary tasks such as prototype
assembly/R&D test bench testing and material inventory to ensure the smooth
progress of projects.
What you must have
● Senior high school diploma or above; majors in mechanical manufacturing,
mechatronics, electronic technology, etc., are preferred.
● 1 year or more of precision component assembly experience; experience in operating
test benches is preferred; ability to read mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams is
a plus.
● Proficiency in using precision assembly tools and ability to control assembly
accuracy;
● Mastery of EOL test bench operation per requirement documents, and basic
operation of R&D test benches, with the ability to accurately interpret test results;
● Basic knowledge of circuits and mechanics, and ability to identify common faults in
assembly and test bench operations;
● Strong learning ability to quickly master new assembly processes and test bench
operation standards.
● Extremely careful and responsible, with a strict focus on following requirement
documents for test bench operations and controlling test data accuracy;
● Good team collaboration skills and willingness to comply with work arrangements;
● Adhere to safety standards, strong safety awareness, and no records of major safety
accidents.
Get some bonus points
● Possess assembly/test bench operation experience in the automotive or robotics
industry.
● Experience in using professional robotic test benches (EOL/R&D type) .
● Hold relevant qualification certificates (e.g., electrician certificate, industrial test
equipment operation certificate).
● Work experience in start-ups, ability to adapt to fast-paced work (e.g., alternating
between assembly and test bench tasks), and capability to handle unexpected
situations (e.g., temporary adjustments to R&D test bench parameters).

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of game testing experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience understanding the basics of software testing or hardware devices like tablets, smartphones, voice recognition devices etc.
