What you'll do
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur im Microsoft-Umfeld (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Unterstützung im Endpoint Management (mit Intune und Autopilot)
- Mitarbeit im Client Lifecycle (Bereitstellung, Betreuung, Austausch)
- Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support (Remote und vor Ort)
- Automatisierung von Prozessen mit PowerShell
