Der Bereich Shared Applications & Services stellt zentrale Plattformen und Services für die Deutsche Bank bereit.

Die Workflow Tribe entwickelt und betreibt Lösungen zur Workflow- und Prozessautomatisierung für verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche der Bank. Die Rolle ist im uFlow Global Platform Umfeld innerhalb der Workflow Abteilung angesiedelt und trägt zum stabilen Betrieb sowie zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Workflow Services bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Workflow Plattformen und Services und stellen einen stabilen, sicheren und regulatorisch konformen Betrieb über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sicher

• Sie steuern Governance-, Betriebs- und Qualitätsmaßnahmen und sichern Verfügbarkeit, Service Continuity und Plattformgesundheit

• Sie koordinieren Technologierisiken, Informationssicherheit, Schwachstellenbehebung, Audit- und Regulatorikthemen und sorgen für die fristgerechte Umsetzung erforderlicher Maßnahmen

• Sie arbeiten eng mit Engineering, Architektur, DevOps, Security, Product Ownern und Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützen skalierbare sowie verlässliche Plattformfähigkeiten

• Sie begleiten die Bearbeitung kritischer Störungen, koordinieren Eskalationen und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Workflow Services voran

• Sie wirken als wichtiger Teil der Workflow Tribe an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Workflow Plattformlandschaft der Deutschen Bank mit

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im IT Application Ownership, IT Service Management, Plattformmanagement, Produktionsbetrieb oder Technologierisikomanagement

• Kenntnisse moderner Cloud Plattformen, Enterprise Anwendungen, verteilter Systeme, APIs, CI/CD Prozesse und moderner Anwendungsarchitekturen

• Fundiertes Verständnis von IT Governance, Risikomanagement, Informationssicherheit und regulatorischen Anforderungen

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Stakeholder Management Kompetenzen

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

The Shared Applications & Services domain provides enterprise platforms and services that support Deutsche Bank's global business operations.

Within this domain, the Workflow Tribe delivers workflow and process automation solutions that help employees and business functions execute processes efficiently, transparently and securely. The role is positioned in the uFlow Global platform environment within the Workflow department and contributes to the reliable operation and continuous evolution of business-critical workflow services.

Your key responsibilities

• You take responsibility for workflow platforms and services and ensure stable, secure and compliant operations throughout their lifecycle

• You drive operational excellence by managing application governance, production readiness, service continuity and platform health

• You coordinate technology risk, cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, audit and regulatory activities and ensure timely delivery of required actions

• You collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Security, Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable platform capabilities

• You lead incident resolution, problem management and continuous improvement activities for business-critical workflow services

• You act as a key member of the Workflow Tribe and support the strategic development of Deutsche Bank's workflow platform landscape

Your skills and experiences

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a comparable qualification

• Experience in IT Application Ownership, IT Service Management, Platform Management, Production Support or Technology Risk Management

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD pipelines and modern application architectures

• Understanding of IT governance, operational risk management, cybersecurity controls and regulatory requirements

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills

• Fluent English language skills; German language skills beneficial
