What You'll Be Doing

You will act as the key link between our Centres and Group IT, building strong relationships with Centre Managers, Facilities Managers and operational teams. Through regular engagement, you will ensure technology priorities align with business needs while supporting our wider IT strategy.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify operational challenges and opportunities, helping to shape secure, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions. You will also manage competing priorities, maintain clear roadmaps and support the successful delivery of both local and Group initiatives.

Lastly, you'll collaborate across Infrastructure, Solutions and Service teams, simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive the adoption of technology that enhances operational performance and user experience.

Qualifications

We're looking for an IT Business Partner to connect our designer outlet centres across Italy, France and the Netherlands with our Group IT function.

This is a unique opportunity for a relationship-focused technology professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, translating business needs into practical solutions, and driving meaningful change across multiple locations

What You'll Bring

• Experience supporting or coordinating technology initiatives in operational or site-based environments.
• Knowledge of networking technologies (WAN/LAN) and end-user computing.
• Experience working with infrastructure or operational technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across diverse teams.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering practical business outcomes through technology.
