The Role
As a Configuration Engineer at Veeva, you will sit at the very heart of enterprise software innovation. Rather than implementing third-party platforms, you will own the functional and technical configuration directly for the product creator.
You will provide application consulting services for the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, primarily on the Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms applications used by Veeva’s Life Science/Pharma customers.
You will identify customer requirements, perform configuration changes to the system, activate new product features and act as an advising partner to our customers system administrators. Our purpose is to be our customers’ trusted partners in application configuration to ensure that they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer.
