What you'll do

  • Serve as Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Data Protection, overseeing implementation and monitoring of data security controls and privacy safeguards on MacOS enterprise system.
  • Implement and monitor security controls, access management, logging, encryption, and backup systems using Vanta, Rapid7, Box, Orca, Bitwarden and Entra-ID.
  • Support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and evidence documentation.
  • Manage and administer core identity and collaboration systems, including Active Directory, MS Exchange, Box, and Jamf Pro platforms.
  • Oversee software and hardware licensing, renewals, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking to ensure regulatory and contractual adherence.
  • Design, integrate, document, and continuously improve IT systems, automation, monitoring aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical administration, support and secure configuration of business and productivity tools, including ClickUp, Daylite CRM, iWork, Gitlab, and Apple Business Manager, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
  • Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, risk assessments, and internal documentation related to governance and regulatory compliance.
