About this role

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the IT Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s IT infrastructure, operations, governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation efforts. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution across a broad spectrum of IT systems, including cloud, data automation, enterprise platforms, and user support.
You will be expected to lead project delivery, ensure service reliability, and partner with stakeholders to align IT with business goals. The IT Manager must also effectively manage external vendors and develop in-house capabilities where relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all IT operations, infrastructure, and digital systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, servers, network equipment, endpoint lifecycle, and access control.
  • Oversee cybersecurity programs, ISO27001 compliance (risk assessments, remediation), and IT-related PDPA compliance, including chairing relevant IT committees.
  • Ensure governance for data and technology, including DRP, BCP, IT policy documentation, and data governance frameworks.
  • Maintain all WordPress and domain-related properties across multiple brands and business units.
  • Manage enterprise automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI, including implementation and troubleshooting of existing solutions.
  • Spearhead strategic IT projects such as server refresh, email domain migration, LMS deployment, and office relocations (IT infra setup and AV conferencing support).
  • Drive system provisioning, including Intune (iPads), mobile device management, and application onboarding.
  • Own and monitor the IT budgeting process, including vendor evaluation and procurement for hardware and services.
  • Ensure timely delivery and completion of active projects (e.g. Fabric migration, LMS rollout, infrastructure upgrade)
  • Serve as the escalation point and backup for the IT Executive, overseeing helpdesk and daily operations.

Optional but Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience or interest in data engineering support, including working with structured/unstructured data, setting up ETL pipelines, supporting data validation tasks, and collaborating with data analysts to improve reporting and analytics delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for IT across business functions including Sales, Marketing, SCM, Product, and Finance.
Partner with vendors, solution providers, and internal teams to ensure IT solutions meet business and operational needs.

The IT Manager will also be responsible for the Senior IT Executive who manages day to day IT operations and support. The IT Manager is required to ensure daily operations run smoothly and will also serve as the backup when the Senior IT Executive is not available.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management experience with hands-on technical ability in: Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), ERP and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Business Central), Virtualization, storage, server, and network setup.
  • Proven ability to manage IT operations and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
  • Experience with automation tools, mobile device management, and endpoint provisioning is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in data governance and privacy (PDPA) is highly desirable.
