Citi is looking for an experienced Lead Quality Engineering Analyst to join our technology team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and performance of software systems that underpin global financial services operations. In this senior individual contributor position, you will serve as a recognized technical authority for IT quality, shaping testing strategy, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
