What you'll do
- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Capital Markets / Securities applications.
- Work closely with business users, technology teams, product owners and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
- Analyze securities trading and post-trade processes, including trade capture, processing, settlement, clearing and reconciliation.
- Support requirements related to SWIFT securities messaging and ISO 15022 / ISO 20022.
- Analyze system interfaces, data flows, reference/static data and downstream/upstream dependencies.
- Support functional testing, SIT/UAT, defect analysis and production issue resolution.
- Identify process gaps, perform impact analysis and recommend functional improvements.
- Ensure requirements align with applicable regulatory, compliance and securities-processing standards.
