About the role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable face of IT, providing the essential support that keeps our 400+ team members productive and happy. In our modern, cloud-first environment, you won't just be closing tickets; you'll manage the full employee IT lifecycle, maintain critical systems, and contribute to key projects. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who is empowered to research, suggest, and implement improvements that have a real impact on the business.
