What you'll do

  • Provide responsive Tier 1 technical support to Home Office and field users, managing support cases from intake through resolution and escalation.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, software, Wi-Fi, VPN, network printing, and other common connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, shared mailboxes, permissions, and basic mail-flow troubleshooting.
  • Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including provisioning, terminations, password and MFA resets, security groups, permissions, and licensing.
  • Deploy, configure, and support Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Support company-owned iOS devices and assist with mobile device enrollment, applications, profiles, and device-management requests.
  • Triage user-reported phishing, quarantined messages, and Microsoft Defender alerts, escalating security or infrastructure concerns when appropriate.
  • Assist with hardware provisioning, staging, shipping, asset records, replacements, and office moves, and maintain clear support documentation and knowledge resources.

KBP is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide front-line technology support for our Home Office and field teams. This role is responsible for Tier 1 end-user support, including Windows and desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, user account administration, device deployment, and general connectivity issues.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent customer-service skills, and at least three years of hands-on IT support experience. We're looking for someone who can independently resolve common support issues while knowing when to escalate more complex concerns.

What You'll Do:

Work Location & Schedule:

This is a 100% on-site position at KBP Brands' Home Office in Leawood, Kansas. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. The anticipated standard schedule is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Central Time. Occasional evening and/or weekend support may be required based on business needs.
