About the role

At Maersk, we are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our North America IT team in Charlotte, NC. In this onsite role, you will provide hands-on technical support to employees, maintain workplace technology, support local infrastructure, and help deliver an excellent end-user experience. You will work closely with the Global Service Desk, remote support teams, vendors, and business stakeholders while acting as a trusted local technology partner. The role reports to the Area IT Lead.

  • Compensation: USD $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and qualifications relevant to the role.
