About this role
Amazon has an immediate opening for an IT Support Associate for our Egypt Team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical challenges, this could be your chance to join our team.
As an IT Support Associate at Amazon, you will be responsible for delivering end-user support, infrastructure management, and audiovisual assistance for the Egypt Amazon Fulfillment Center. Your work will enable our teams to stay focused on what they do best. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, leverage in-house AI tools and AWS technology, and grow through continuous learning.
What You'll Do
Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests, ensuring high-quality support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues, from analysis to testing and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities.
Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues.
Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment.

- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
